Smoked, texas chili, with some qview...

    All of that JUST went into the UDS at 175. How much beer can i get through in 2 hours?

    I didnt get any pictures after the smoke, i was called out for work for two hours, but this is all the meat cubed, spices and beer added, and all of it into the crockpot. A 12 hour simmer, and it will be time to eat!

    BTW, 1/3 beer down before i was called out. Not the number i was thinking...
