Smoked Stuffed Pig Stomach

  1. Just had time to get my Super Bowl smoke posted.
    Stuffed Pig Stomach with sausage,diced potatoes, bread crumbs, green peppers and onions.
    Fattie stuffed with green peppers, onions, Cheddar and Colby cheese.
    ABT's stuffed with canned chicken, colby cheese and wrapped in bacon. And a batch of Dutch's Baked Beans. Smoked with a Hickory and Apple mixed. Everything turned out great.

    Everything looks great S-I-P. I've never thought to stuff a pig stomach before...very creative. Was there much smoke penetration? And did you pre-cook the sausage prior to stuffing?

    Brian, I didn't pre cook the sausage I did however boiled the potatoes and cooled them before I mixed everything up. There was some a light smoke penetration. I smoked it just like a Fattie to it was about 170 degrees turned out great.

    Sorry dude just can't get into it. But kudos to you if you can. Same goes for the head and brains. someone else on the board was doing them up the other day and was wondering what to do with the eyes. Over the top for me.
