smoked salmon question???

    Ok guys I need help, I smoked some salmon yesterday.  The problem I had was my AMZPS stop smoking after 5min.  I had left the house cause I had to run some errands.  I came hoe 2hrs,. later thinking fish would be done. It was done but without smoke.  What do I do?

    I guess you could cold smoke it.    Kinda like grilling some fish and then cold smoking it afterwards. Flavor might not be quite the same but heck it could be worse without any smoke at all.   I'd also work on as to why it went out in 5 minutes.
