Smoked Salmon on the Gas Grill

    Brined and under the fan to form the pellicle.

    Foil packet of apple chips "Doin It's Thang"

    Over done cat....

    Finished product. Missing a " Tasty"

    Smoked 30 minutes max. Grill gets to 300* when smokin on it. Made a "Glop" or "sauce" with the salmon. Equal parts mayo and no fat sour cream, some dried minced onion, some garlic granuales, and a whole lot of dill weed. Dont know the measurements cause I never go by them. What looks good, I do....[​IMG]
