A buddy of mine brought over some really good apple butter from a local orchard. So we picked up some pork tenderloin to smoke to go with it.



It was outstanding.

Other than the green stuff on the plate, that looks wonderful!

Good looking stuff. I was staring at the pork trying to figure out pattern on top of slices then it dawned on me that I need coffee.....

Awesome for sure there Fired. I like the greens stuff too and then have some stuffing too.
PS Racey those marks on the top of the loin are from the grates of the smoker.
 
I just did a simple rub of kosher salt, black pepper, raw sugar, and paprika.
Smoked over hickory and charcoal on the uds at 225 degrees until an internal temp of 150, wrapped loosely in foil and let rest 15 minutes.
 
Fantastic chef!!!!!!! KISS is the way to go.Love the brocolli.I have 4 heads coming along and the first 3 heads were fantastic as usual.
