Just did a large pork loin with Dutch wicked beans
Put a rub on in fridge over night, smoked at 220 for 3 hrs till 140 internal, sliced thin with a apple juice apricot reduction. Serve on a bun
 

Sliced meat thin put into crock pot, covered meat with apple juice/ apricot jam reduction. It's a must try
