I got a good price on chicken, so I had to cook some up. These had brine with chinese five spice and brown sugar added. Rub consisted of salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic. Finished with an apricot ginger bbq sauce that I concocted.

Those look very inviting, Can I come over??? Shouldn't take long to get there

I'd love to share, but I need them for a gathering tomorrow. I only got that one thigh to try it before serving. I'm having sausage burgers tonight.

I do know where Gibsonburg is, my sister lives there.  About 2 hours from me. In fact, seeing that Gibsonburg is such a small town, you probably know her.

More chicken tomorrow. I will get an opportunity to measure the ingredients for my sauce....

225-250 and I bumped it up to 300 for the last half hour. Took about 2.5 hours.
