This is Kretchmar brand ham, sliced and smoked 5 hours on Brinkmann, vertical smoker at 200 degrees. I used hickory. It is pre-cooked so you are just looking to smoke it. Watch it carefully toward the end so that it doesn't dry out.




Here it is on the kitchen table. Drop a chunk of this in a pot of green beans. Hmmmm, Hmmmm Good!
 
LOL...what..and ruin the ham? Sorry I hate green beans heh. BUT a pan of scalloped potatoes could sure benefit from a hunk of that! Nice!
 
Looks good. Even ham salad sandwiches are good.
