Smoked Chuckie Chimichangas w/ Q-view

    Been on the road for the past 3 weeks. Haven't had time to smoke a lot. Had some leftover chuckie, got some horseradish cheddar cheese, and some of my canned jalapenos. Wrapped in tortillas, deep fried, man they are good. Love that horseradish cheddar cheese.

    Those look great Cajun! How do you get them to stay closed while deep frying? All in the wrapping huh?

    Wrapped them, then I secure them with a toothpick...Works great. Thanks

    Those look awesome! What temp did you fry them at, and what oil do you use?

    350 and used peanut oil. Thanks....

    Those sure look good Cajun, makes me want a big plate of Mexican Food a Bottle of Hot Sauce and a few good Brews.

    Your making me hungry. Those look awesome. Where do you find Horseradish Cheddar Cheese? I love both would really like to try.
