Smoked Blacktip Shark!!

  1. Hey guys just got back from panama city beach Florida. caught a shark while there and now a 1/4 of the 65lb fish is on my bullet smoker .never smoked a shark do a lot of butts that are good but will let everyone know how it turns is a pix before it went on and one on the to the cooler.

    Sounds good! We do fish all the time, but have never done shark!

    Nope, never done shark this way, but have grilled it. Just remember when filleting them, to leave about 1/8th of an inch of flesh attached to the skin.  We love grilled shark with a tomato sauce.
