I bought some boneless/skinless chicken breasts at Sam's Club the other day. I opened the package today to discover they were huge! I wound up cutting them in half widthwise and pounding them to make them thinner. I sprinkled them with my BIL's bbq seasoning and placed some sliced slab bacon on top. I wound up smoking them at about 275 for 3 hrs using pecan.

They turned out pretty good. The kids each ate a whole piece saying how good they were, frequently, lol.

That did it! Linda Lou is gonna have to come out of retirement. She takes care of the granddaughter (Hurricane Morgan). Maybe I can convince her to go back to work so I can smoke & Q. Just another fine job Sister!
P.S. Ain't happenin....like them planes to much!

That looks great and a pretty quick meal, well quick for a smoker. Next time you go to Sam's look the frozen chicken section over and you'll notice they have a wide variety of different cuts of breast. I love the skinless chicken tenders the best.
