I bought some boneless/skinless chicken breasts at Sam's Club the other day. I opened the package today to discover they were huge! I wound up cutting them in half widthwise and pounding them to make them thinner. I sprinkled them with my BIL's bbq seasoning and placed some sliced slab bacon on top. I wound up smoking them at about 275 for 3 hrs using pecan. They turned out pretty good. The kids each ate a whole piece saying how good they were, frequently, lol.
