Smoked a couple of chix - Qview

Somed these twins for my grandson's B-day party.


The one on the left was a beer butt, the one on the right was apple butt. Hickory apple was the smoke.
Commercial chicken rub was the top coat.

Did a couple of butts too, post under pork.
