smoke a londron broil steak ?

    they are thick , wondering how it would work out smoking it for a hour at 180 then throwing on a hot grill to finish. any input ?

    They are great smoked..I usualy sear mine first for a couple minutes on each side and then smoke @ around 225 till it hits 135-140 internal temp..Then thin slice against the grain...Happy smokes[​IMG]

    That's the way I do it. I take it to 115' then sear.

    What he said ^^^^ Mike knows what he's talking about. I too like them for taco's and fajitas too.

    JaxGatorz way is the way to do it. really nice cut of meat for smoking.

    Gunna have to try a London Broil here soon. Sounds tasty..
