I just realized that I have been slacken. I did a pre Super Bowl wing smoke. The host of the Super Bowl wanted me to make some wings. Last summer I figured out how to make awesome wings on the grill. Well with the new smoker I had to smoke them. After reading several post it was becoming apparent it is hard to make a good skin. My plan was simple brine with Kosher and Cayenne. Rub with Weber Kick'n Chicken.
Here they are on the grill.
The finished product wow they were good. Very nice spice for most to hot for wife.
Fast foward to Super Bowl Sunday. Went to Albertson's no wings available. At least any I would spend money on. So Chick'n drumsticks on the menu. Same recipe skip the Cayenne and add garlic and onion rub.
Added a few ABT's and Nathan hot dogs. Man Nathans are good smoked!!
Well now I just have to do a Qview on my spare ribs and I will be in the good graces of the smoking Gods. Enjoy the SMOKES....
