Hate to say, I don't have a restaurant. I'm an artisan chocolatier and have a commercial kitchen in Santa Cruz where I work.
I make one of a kind and exclusive chocolates for events and businesses throughout the west coast. I'll actually be going through your area next Friday on my way to participate in the Lake Tahoe Autumn Food & Wine Festival at NorthStar Village next weekend. We'll be set up in the artisan marketplace on both Saturday and Sunday. Also on Sunday, I'll be a competitor at the Grand Tasting/Pairing Competition. I'll be pairing a chocolate truffle, infused with fresh, organic golden raspberries, red wine and aromatic spices, with a Rhone varietal blend from Paso Robles.
