Grilled pineapple is one of my favorites too!!!
I had full intentions of wrapping half the pineapple chunks in prosciutto di parma, but got lazy... :icon_redface:
Now I have to figure out what to use the prosciutto with...
roughing it in the mountains ? with Pasatiempo around the corner and Pajaro down the road?

We enjoy making our meals from scratch.
The last of the grilled pineapple, on a shortcake with a light drizzle of a homemade caramel sauce and whipped heavy cream for dessert last night.
Still a few wings leftover to have for quick lunch to munch on...
We always "roughin' it" here in the mountains...
