My first crack at Cracklin's, Pork Rinds would be closer but I like Cracklin's OK! Well that's what I'm calling 'em anyway Chicharrones, Torreznos, Chicharro, Khaep mu, Pork Scratchings, Grattons, Cortezas de cerdo, Cueritos, Scrunchions, Pork rinds...whatever... This is something I need to work on. I was just experimenting here and did not check oil temp or anything, yes it was playtime. Sorry for the bad camera shots frying, It was a bit awkward videoing with a camera and frying at the same time.
