Andouille is hanging & Southern blend in vac-bags. Smokers are full today with second batch.will post tomarrow.( mild Italian & Brats)
 
Looks great desert. I love andouille. Guess we need some good jambalaya or gumbo recipes.

Both are favorites of mine and I have never attempted either.
