    Andouille is hanging & Southern blend in vac-bags. Smokers are full today with second batch.will post tomarrow.( mild Italian & Brats)
  2. Looks great desert. I love andouille. Guess we need some good jambalaya or gumbo recipes. [​IMG]

    Both are favorites of mine and I have never attempted either.

    Nice looking sausages you have there.

    Made Andouille for the first time this year, which was also the first time I have ever eatien it; good stuff !!!
