Last night I made some mango habanero sauce for wings and such. After making the sauce, I had all of the pulp left over. When I make jalapeño jelly, I save the left over pulp and add it to my boudin sausage, makes for a great flavor! Now, what kind of sausage would go well with the mango habanero pulp addition? With all of the creative minds in here, I know we can come up with something! The pulp! BTW, the pulp has mango, habaneros, green onions, and garlic in it. A little lime juice as well.
