Sausage ingredient idea (need some ideas for it)

Last night I made some mango habanero sauce for wings and such. After making the sauce, I had all of the pulp left over. When I make jalapeño jelly, I save the left over pulp and add it to my boudin sausage, makes for a great flavor!

Now, what kind of sausage would go well with the mango habanero pulp addition? With all of the creative minds in here, I know we can come up with something!

BTW, the pulp has mango, habaneros, green onions, and garlic in it. A little lime juice as well.
 
So you want to add it to a sausage mix? If thats the case I would add it to some summer sausage. Sounds like it would go good in it................

Could go in a variety of sausage [like the chicken sausage mentioned].  There are so many versions of bratwurst that adding this would go great in a basic bratwurst recipe.  I like the summer sausage idea as well.  Reinhard
 
I think I'm done with summer sausage for a while, but chicken sausage is always going on it seems!

I think I'll play a little bit with this over the long weekend and see how it goes!  Once done, Qview shall be provided!

4 habaneros total, only one with the seeds intact.  Not real spicy, but has a great flavor.

Chicken sausage coming this weekend!
