sausage fattie-1st try

  3. Thanks, just took iit off the smoker, gotta take a pic. I only have a little chief smoker so I will finish it in the oven. Plus my husband was worried about the sausage getting too much smoke so I did not take it as far as I was planning.

    Congrats - looks like it came out well! What was your filler? I may have to roll one this weekend - thinking a pizza version.....

    Looks tasty but where's the gravy covered photo??? Biscuit's and gravy fatty is delectable!

  7. Ha! Ya I should've taken a pic but it went byebye pretty quick!! Next time I will be a little more heavy with the smoke.

    I'm a big loco moco fan, I've made it a couple times! There's a Hawaiian restraunt we used to go to in Washington that made awesome loco moco. I've only ever made it with spam. I don't usually put egg on hubby's, he doesn't like runny yolks and its kind of weird with scramble egg. I feel like it *has* to have an over-easy egg on top. If you can't mix the yolk up in the rice, take it back cuz I don't want it!
