Here's what I smoked up!!!!

ABT'S stuffed with cream cheese,sour cream and BE sausage.
5- Fatties.
2- Pizza w/mush,G.P,onion,mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce.
3- G.P,mushrooms,onion and monetary jack.
Country Style Pork Ribs Jeff's Bare Naked and used the 3-2-1
WOW it was great.

hey 00 how'd the 3-2-1 work on the short ribs?It all looks really good.Looks like a fine sat. you had.
 
They turned out GREAT. They were good size and had "GOOD" fat. If they were more lean I would shoot for the 2-2-1 or maby 3-1-1???
With Jeffs rub no sauce was required.(thats a good sign)
I took 2 fatties to work for the guy's and showed them my pictures now every one is asking "what are you smoken this weekend".
I might try a meatloaf???
