decided to just keep it simple this weekend and do some pork tenderloins, I thought they might dry out on me so I sook my homade bbq sauce and thinned it out a little and injected that into them and then coated them with mustard and rub.

I'll show more when I get them in the smoker

here they are temp is around 105. Funny thing happened, I have been feeling bad today and the wife went to town to get supplies, she called a little while ago and she spent about 150.00 on butts ribs and loin. funny thing is she gave me lots of grief about getting a smoker.

here is the finished product, I know that alot of the people on here say just to frill these little tenderloins, I quess because it drys them out.

Yall have to try this , just get your injector and inject about a 1/2 a cup of something in it. I used my homade bbq sauce but you coul probably use anything you wanted. I took them to 168 and when I cut them juice just ran all over the plate, I dont think they lost muck of the sauce the whole cook time.
