Sat Boston Butt

    So it's 10:30pm here in New Jersey
    10 lb butt . Just injected and now sitting in the fridge till morning
    Bag of hickory and lump ready to go...
    6 am comes mighty early.. But when you got
    the Fever" nothing can stop it!!!
    You know what I mean?

    So here is the start at 6:15 am
    And then the finished product at 5:30 pm
    9 hrs total. 3 hrs smoke 6 hrs covered in a pan with apple juice and the last hour uncovered with glaze .
    Fell apart!! Yum
    I know I know where are the pictures before pulling? Sorry went to move it off the smoker and it came apart!

    After you pull it and before serving
    1- cup water
    1-cup apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup. Ketchup
    Red pepper flake
    1/4 cup sugar
    Heat it and toss into meat
