Lightly smoked the salmon for about 1 hour on low and finished under the broiler with EVO and butter, lemon pepper and garlic powder with thyme. Added the smoked veggies from the other day, and some fettuccini with EVO, butter, Basil, oreagano, lemon pepper and garlic powder.
