Round Eye Roast

    Any hints for a "round eye" roast? Got acouple from Costco last night. Smoker temp, finished temp???? Thanks.

    If you are talking about "eye of the round", I like to smoke it with apple to 145F, slice thin and serve like GYPC's Italian beef sammies. Makes good cold beef sammies for my lunch bag.

    cajun- when it's done- wrap it tight in foil & slice the next day w/ the juices for a dipping au jus.[​IMG]
