We are in Newark, OH and have 2 smokers. A verticle electric, and a Meadow Creek SQ36. We primarily burn wood in the SQ36 and use a little lump to get her started. We have smoked pork butts, beef roasts, chickens, breakfast fatty, potatoes, and eggs.

Thanks for having us, and happy smoking.

Question: Has anybody used beach wood for smoking? We have access to it but am curious how 'strong' the smoke is.
