Hi- long time listener, first time caller here. I've been lurking around these forums for a while now, so I figured it was time to introduce myself. I'm totally new to operating a smoker, but I got a second hand unit from the father in law, so I decided to get serious about it. Anyway, it's nice to finally step out of the shadows and start interacting with all of you - especially since I've already found this site to be a wealth of knowledge. Now I'm off to make my first real post! Thanks for tuning in.
