Hiya everyone. Well always beena griller but not so much a BBQER or Smoker. Think that is going to change thanks to everyone around here. Livin' here in North LA(Louisiana that is) you can fire it up most any time even though I have found out that most of ya'll will anyway. Not using anything fancy, just a Brinkman with sfb. Getting me by though. Did my first butts today. Had to foil them and put them in oven though. Started to rain. Should be ready in a couple of hours. Well I will keep this short. Again thanks to everyone for all the tips. Been lurking around here for about a month and have learned alot. Thanks
