Hello all. I am new to smoking, only cooking as I have been eating it for a while! I bought a Masterbuilt 3 rack electric smoker with the outside thermostat. I felt this was a good starter unit and can keep it on my deck with out fear of charcoal or burning wood light my house on fire. I have tried a few easy recipes and hope to explore more eccentric recipes. I have been a career fighter for the last 22 years and love every minute of it. I am open to all sorts of constructive help to make me a smoke master. Thanks
