What is going on SMF? New member from South Lyon, Michigan ( Ann Arbor area ). Been grilling all my 35 years of life (at least as far back as i can remember) and only been smoking food for the past 4 years. I am still a little new to the smoking aspect but my experience has been exponentially increasing the past 2 years. Currently I own 2 COS, 2 propane grills and a Weber kettle grill. I am currently in the process of starting a catering and food truck style BBQ business so I can follow my passion for making and serving delicious food. ;Currently I am trying to get a group of guys together once or twice a month to cook up some food and possibly form a chapter of BBQ Pit Boys.
