Hi Jim from South East Michigan Just found the site been smoking meat for a long while.I have enjoyed reading most of the post . some are great some are so so. I hope to learn more stuff but I hope I can teach you guys new stuff too.I will put pic's in soon of things that i have done.

We just dug out of the snow around 3pm today. Winter, don't ya just love it??

We got hit with the wind and cold blast but no snow yet to speak of were looking for ice to go fishing . I learned what a fatty was off of this site. my first one turned out to be so so. hoping that my next one will be great.I will be sending pic's of my smoke salmon in which people tell me my receipe is real good no complaints yet

I did a whole chicken yesterterday nastey wind cooked for one hour oak wood and cheery then in oven for two daughter said 8 my criqit got to love her
