Ribs using 3-2-1 & some other goodies!

  1. Hi All,

    Just a quick post to show what's going down at my house today.

    One thing is for sure, my ECB does not have enough grill realestate

    to accommodate what I like to smoke that's for sure:

    Start off with Jeff's rub:

    Then smother those babies:

    Gotta have sides right?

    Those sausages and mushrooms are for lunch, the ribs and NOT pictured corn

    on the cob which will be smoked as well, will be for dinner later on.

    I'll post the Qview/Bearview of the first set in a couple of hours.

    Yes, you obviously need more room. I bought a GOSM and use the ECB for over flow when needed. Great looking grub.

    As you might think, these were of the hook smokey. Thank you Skwib?? for the idea.

    The Portabella's where outrageous. They really soak up the smoke flavor.

  7. Thanks Flash, yes, I've just talked to Laurie about a bigger unit. The birthday is coming up

    on the 19th, so , we shall see...heh heh.

  12. It was a 3 course all day eating kinda thing. Plus, it's just me and

    my wife and anything more would surely end up in the dogs dish,

    and I'm not sure I love them THAT much...heh heh thanks

     Plus, it kinda looks like you put the jalapenos, check and bacon in the sausage instead of the sausage in the jalapeno.
