Ribs, Butt, more Ribs - Q-View

    Haven't done a pork butt in a while but they were on sale this week for $1.50 a pound so I bought 3.

    Today's menu is pulled pork, baby backs, and beef ribs. I haven't done beef ribs too well in the past so if anybody has a suggestion or 2 I would appreciate it. I plan to just cook them maybe an hour longer than the baby backs.

    I'll get some pictures going once I get everything on

    All the meat is off and resting. I don't like pineapple but I love the smell and this always goes over well with everyone

    I would pass on the pineapple as well,more room for tasty meat!!!

    Just realized all the pictures are upside down. I posted through Tapatalk earlier and didn't realize. 

    I forgot to take pictures of the finished products but the butt came out really good. I had never done beef ribs but they came out pretty horrible. The bark was really nice but they cooked a lot faster than I expected and I tried to wrap them in towels in a cooler but they ended up pretty tough. Just need to work at them a bit more. The baby backs I think I put too close to the fire box and I burnt about a third of the rack. 

    One of those days I guess. At least I got 2 more butts in the freezer to cheer me up!
