RIBS AND DUTCH'S BEANS .... QVIEW

    finally got around to doing up some of Dutch's Wicked Beans and some back ribs.

    would have liked a better smoke ring BUT when my 2 AMNPS and TUBE smokers get here this week that will become a different story  :0)

    the start... mustard then rub and wrap in saran wrap in fridge overnight



    heres the beans mixed up and ribs ready to hit the smoker


    the finished product ... 3-2- and thats all ...
    dont have the same brand of beans available so used libby's in tomato sauce, followed the recipe the rest of the way. a little better than 5 hours in the smoker. THE WIFE LOVED THEM and so did i !!!! like i said i would like a little more smoke ring but if every meal was perfect i would have to quit cooking them .. HA HA HA

    THE REAL DEAL MEAL ....




    i was thinking maybe some corn bread next time too, just to soak up the juice from the beans..
    NEXT WEEK SUMMER SAUSAGE ... SEE YA THEN
