My buddy was leaving town for a better job so I decided to have a party for him.. He said great but I had to make smoked ribs for him..Here is the results..I did the usual 3-2-1.But this time when I wraped them I added some apple juice since I was using applewood. Wow did they turn out beautiful the apple juice streamd them a little...mmmmmmmmmmm tender best I have made yet
