I haven't posted any of my smokes in a while. But I did take a couple of pix of my first Rib eye roast. I made two, one was 8# and the other 4#. I used Bearcarver recipe for prime rib on the roast and let sit over night Then in the Smoke Vault at 240. I pulled the 8# roast at 135 and the 4# at 144. Then I wrapped in foil and in the ice chest for 1.5 hrs to eat at my sisters house for Christmas Eve. I will definitely be making another one very soon.
