We'll a last minute decision ended up with us going out for dinner tonight! The steaks are still soaking up that Worcestershire until tomorrow. So the grand finale will be tomorrow! I will say the spicy buffalo Mac and cheese I had was fantastic!!

Just so happens I do! I could only eat a third of it. Ground Buffalo, cheese sauce has franks in it and some other spicy goodness. It's super comfort food kind of place. Will be having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!!

Me too!!!! I have to get home so I can get the mini rollin, or I'll be eating at midnight!  Fiancee wont like that

Finally underway!

Little thunder storm rolling through, lots of wind blowing right now. Mini is running hot might not get to much low and slow. Using the briquettes that came with the SMJ Silver I picked up for mini #2. It's 365 and looks closer to the competition stuff. So it's burning cleaner and hotter than Kingsford Blue.
