Hello my name is Phil I am from around the Flint Mi. area,I have been grilling and smoking on my weber for a long time, I pucased a smoke hollow smoker in nov. that is when I started reading in this forum, I have learned plenty, and have aplied your knowledge to what I already knew, I have smoked turkey, pork loins, ribs ( the 3-2-1 method ) venison jerky,chicken and of course the famouse baked beans and a fatty and right now have 2 venison hams in the smoker for the past 4 hours.
I have a smoke hollow smoker
2 weber kettle grills
comercial series charbroil gas grill
and a built in wood/charcoal rotiserie
I am retired from delphi and I like to hunt and fish I really like ice fishing the best.
When i figure how to post pics i will share some photos with all of you

Welcome to the SMF, I'm also retired by a not so good surgery on my back. Looks like you've got some good hardwae there, the better to enjoy the outdoors.

mine, I don't do anything Mon thru Fri and then I rest Sat and Sunday

I am a former Michigander and am glad that ya retired from Delphi. Ya got lucky! I know your area well and have hunted all over the thumb. I too love Ice fishin. Im out here in New Hampshire now.

I joined the site a few days ago and have learned some things already. Good group of people here. Welcome
