Recipe for Cyndi Burgers

    2# 90% ground chuck
    1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
    1 cup hormel bacon crumbles (the real thing not imitation)
    2 teas. Lea & Perrins
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove of garlic
    salt & pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredents and form in patties of 3 to a pound. smoke over hickory until done. be careful as they can dryout on you fast.
