This seemed the most apropriate place for these questions although its not a smoker.
One, I'm tired of the junk burners that constantly burn up. My previose grill had cast bronze burners that lasted pretty well but still burnt up.
I have considered making some out of SS pipe. What have you had good luck with or do you know a good one worth buying.
Two, Same with the grates, the same grill had SS grates but they turned to junk also. I thought about SS expanded metal. But don't know how long it would last.
