Ready to Start Smokin!

    I'm from illinois and I've smoked a few things over the past couple of months. I wasn't too impressed with the flavor... so I am glad I found this forum to help me perfect this! I put a pork butt in this morning. I made a rub and let it sit over night. I'm really looking forward to some yummy pork later today! I also bought a chicken, some pork ribs and a pork tenderloin for this week!
