Colville wa.
Hey, I'm from the colville wa. area. I have a smoke vault propane smoker, been a lifetime charcoal grilling guy and trying to become better at the smoking thing. Always have a problem getting the smoke going while trying to keep the temp at the 150-160 range. Any higher and it seems to cook the meat instead of smoke and dry it. Trying some snack sticks now
