Those ribs look awesome!  Where did you find beef ribs with that much meat?  All I can find around here is stuff that you couldn't use for soup bones.  Good score on both!!

I completely understand the Smoking in the rain.  Here near Astoria it has been coming down in buckets all month.  One day we had no rain and I smoked 21 racks of spares for a function, pulled the last one of just as the cloud burst happened. Welcome to the forum!!
 
Thanks for all the generous comments.  On the beef ribs, I got them at Gartner's meat market here in Portland.  It's a nice locally owned place in NE with a full service putcher, and the prices are really good.  Beef Ribs are hard to find at the supermarket, so I had to search a little.
