Hey all,

Just wanted to introduce myself since I'm new.  My name is Jarod and I am from the Phialdelhia Pennsylvania area.  I haven't started smoking....yet....but am doing a bit of research.  I'm leaning towards the Oklahoma Joe Highland Smoker for my first smoker.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Welcome to the board, Jarod! This is the place to study up on smoking. I'm running an offset, check my sig to see some ways I play with it.

Thanks for the welcome....Much appreciated!  I checked out your link ....Found it very helpful!

Welcome from SC, Jarod. I'm sure you will enjoy this site with lots of folks who are eager to share ideas, tips, recipes or anything else that you may need. All you have to do is ask. Good luck with your OK Joe.
