Nice wings I  have a brick oven.I built it years ago in backyard but its a special day thing now. Contemplating building another at house down the coast, have a couple of big young neighbours who are keen to pitch in. Good thing Im going to play foreman/stonemason & young guys can run the  cement mixer. The one I  have is 1m x 1.2 internal & 66cm to top of dome. Heading off to drink beer & cheer the Wallabies.

Hey, Ahron...Looks like you're still going strong in the kitchen. I do almost all the cooking here at my house, but everyonce in awhile, my wife wants to cook something her Mom cooked in Mexico. She usually can't remember all the ingredients, but it turns out good anyway. Almost all Mexican food has onion, tomato, garlic and chili, so you can't goo too far wrong.

I saw your posting about an hour ago, but lost track when my computer had a brain fart. You said you were coming to Las Vegas for the Sema show. If for some reason you land in Reno, I could introduce you to a good friend of mine, who deals in special interest cars; hotrods, classics, etc. Look up his website: sierraclassics.com. I help him out sometimes, when I'm not in Mexico, delivering sold cars, or picking up bought cars. Does a lotta sales to Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

So if you get to Reno, let me know; dinner is on me.

I hate to turn down a free meal, but I have too many things going on at the wrong time.

Have fun at the show, and I hope you can find some BBQ that's fit to eat here in Nevada. Poor place for BBQ, but some of the best buffets in the USA.

So is that a brick pizza / bread oven or just a brick oven? I am researching pizza / bread ovens as we speak - Wings look great

I will try to meet you on the 4th up in LA
