Question on Chuck Roast selection

    My local store is having their annual meat sale this week.  They have beef arm roast for $3.49 lb vs $5.99 regular price.  What is the difference between an arm roast and a chuck roast?  I will be using the roasts for pulled beef.  Is the arm roast the same as chuck???

    Thanks for the link. So it sounds like an arm roast is a chuck roast, but it comes from the leaner area of the chuck.

    I personally look for pretty high fat content,  (Marbling), when shopping for chuck.  A lean chuck can wind up pretty dry.

    Love me some pulled beef burrito's.
