smokein me some ribs w/ the 3,2,1 method, and time is winding down to remove. It will be to late to eat them so i want to save them for tomarrow. will it be ok to wrap them with a towel and put in cooler to keep them warm? or will it over cook them while in the cooler?

Id foil them and put them in the fridge...Reheat them in the foil at 225 till warm.

Ribs are best served fresh but will reheat fine...

Depends on how big the burner in your cooler is. I don't think they'll overcook but I also don't know how long you plan on leaving them in there. I assume you're going to refoil them? I don't know how long ribs will stay warm in there. If I have some I want to save i usually seal em up in a ziplock and throw em in the fridge to be safe.

I actually like em better the next day. I would forgo the foil, and just let them cool a bit then slice them into 2-3 bone sections, toss em into a gallon zip lock, and then tomorrow when ya want to reheat, put them into a foil packet.boat, tent, whatever, and toss the whole thing into the oven at 250 for 30-45 minutes. Never hurts to add a lil sauce or spritz to them before ya close the foil!

They will be plenty tender and flavorfull.

Thats just my opinion, nothin personal to SF's idea either.
