Thanks .it took me 20 min to fig out where a link was to post. After i posted i saw my mistake. Is there a quick easy way? i went to some ones post and did it that way.

No marinade only rub and inject. As far as the smoker i had a fabricator build to my specs.its reverse flow no gas.slide out racks 120gal 2x2 3ft hi warmer box with 2 rackshow u like the green?
Its my 4th smoker but first reverse flow. No looking back now r/f is the way to go.

More Ice if you dont mind me asking since you had a fab. make it for you can you give me a round about of what it costed you? I dont have the materials needed to make a R/F smoker but in the future would really like to get one made.
