puttin the ribs in

    530 am and I'm getting some spare ribs in for lunch.

    Here's a picture of them in the smoker. 1 1/2 after putting them in..

    After three hours of smoke and ready to foil.. smells darn good..

    Looks awesome! So you did 3 hours smoke, and how long in foil? What temp?

    Yeah 3 hours smoke at 225
    2 hours foil at 250
    Then an hour of no foil at 250

    Cool cool. Let me know how everything turns out.

    I also spritz them every hour for the first three hours.
